However, during its first service appointment at an authorized Acura dealership, significant suspension-related issues were identified. According to Acura’s Master Technician: 1. One of the struts is leaking oil, and the leak is clearly not recent. The component is covered with dirt and grime that has accumulated over time, indicating that the failure existed long before the vehicle was sold to me. The technician estimates that the leak has likely been present for at least six months to a year. 2. A suspension bushing is completely torn and deteriorated. According to the technician’s assessment, this level of damage could not have developed within the three months since I purchased the vehicle. It is consistent with wear and deterioration that existed prior to the sale. In addition, I later discovered documentation related to previous repairs and vehicle conditions that were never disclosed or explained to me during the purchase process. My primary concern is not that the vehicle is used. My concern is that significant suspension and safety-related issues appear to have existed before the sale and were not disclosed. Buyers deserve complete and transparent information about the actual condition of the vehicles they are purchasing, especially when it involves components that directly affect safety, ride quality, and vehicle handling. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what occurred, I cannot recommend this dealership. My first purchase of a financed car was in this deceptive dealership. After conversation with the salesman and 4 hours waiting for nothing, the manager took me to his office, he didn't speak Spanish so the rest of the process was in English, I trusted the Hispanic salesman but everything he explained to me was verbally and never gave me a paper to see the numbers, so when the manager told me "sign here, here, ... and here" on the tablet I thought I was signing the same things the salesman told me. This manager added several amounts as the plate, the registration, a maintenance plan contract for three years, everything was included in the loan. Without my knowledge the manager had me sign the agreement with a third part for a car maintenance plan by leading me to believe it was already part of the price but he lied and also included it being financed as part of the loan. At no point I was provided with a written draft or pre-contract on paper to read and review before signing on the tablet. Even after I signed everything, the manager gave me just a USB drive; consequently, I was unable to read the documents even at the very end of the process. The process that day was extremely lengthy from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM—and fraught with various obstacles. These included the blocking of my debit card access due to five attempted transfers—each for $897.83—initiated by the manager at the time which wasn't justified, given that the down payment was $4,000; furthermore, this incident forced me to visit a bank branch in person escorted for an employee to withdraw the necessary cash. The purchasing process at Greenway Hyundai Orlando was entirely lacked transparency, and I really regret this purchase every day. In addition, the salesperson told me that the first payment would be on May 30, but the financial company notified me the first payment was due on April 30 which affected severely my monthly budget. I called them many times and never had a response. On April 10 I sent them a letter explaining my disagreement and claiming a refund of the downpayment and I wanted to return the car. Obviously they refused, instead they offered me a full refund of the maintenance plan with Power Protect and send the amount to the car lender, I accepted but they did nothing during a whole month until yesterday May 06. They just notified me that the refund will be processed in 6-8 weeks, meanwhile the lender continues applying interests to the whole amount. On top of that, the same week after the purchase, the car insurance company notified me stating that the vehicle requires a tire rotation—since the last one was due on October 23, 2025; also the car started to make many strange noises and jumps when driving, the break pedal make sounds when stopping and start to drive, the screen unexpectedly turns off and I can't see the rear camera when I drive in reverse which is a real risk to me and other people, The check engine light is "on" and I really start to feel unsafe driving this car. That means they sold me a car out of update maintenance, who knows its real condition. Supposedly this dealership is a big serious company that sells certified cars, so how is possible that the car starts to fail in less than a month after purchased? For them this is an insignificant case but for me, a senior widow that survive paycheck to paycheck this is a nightmare, all because I had the bad luck with a dishonest manager. I'm looking for counseling and will try to escalate to other instances of the company, also TV and media should know their bad practices and people avoid them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Greenway Hyundai Orlando. In July 2025, I leased a new Hyundai Palisade. From the beginning, the dealership prepared the lease paperwork incorrectly. Even though the contract had to be redone and signed again with the correct payment, Hyundai Finance’s system was never updated to reflect the right amount. For more than three months, I have been stuck in a frustrating cycle between the dealership’s finance team and Hyundai Finance. I have made countless phone calls, provided documentation, and even joined three-way calls between both parties. Despite all of this, nothing has been resolved. I have repeatedly tried to contact the dealership’s General Manager, Ken Sidano, as well as Hyundai Finance’s escalation team, but I have not received any response. At one point, a Hyundai Finance employee even told me to reach out to the dealership myself and forward paperwork—because nobody at the dealership would answer their calls. This is completely unacceptable and puts the burden on me, the customer, to fix an issue that is not mine to solve. What should have been an exciting new car purchase has turned into a nightmare of stress and wasted time. Neither Greenway Hyundai nor Hyundai Finance has taken responsibility, and as a customer I feel completely abandoned. I have lost all trust in this dealership.

At the beginning it was a little frustrated because we had our car towed to the dealer. Nothing was done for a few days until I went in person to inquire about what’s goin on with the car. Apparently they could locate it, until finally Josh from service booked for it and tracked it down. Josh was great in updating me step by step as to what’s going on with the car. Finally it all worked out and we are happy that we got the car back. John was very knowledgeable and very polite.

I wouldn't recommend the service department of this dealership to even my worst enemy. I brought my Sonata in for a leak in my valve cover gasket hoping to see if it met the qualifications to satisfy a warranty that supposedly would've replaced my car's engine free of charge. The service department had me on a fishing pole for a week, dangling new problems and the promise of an engine warranty over my head. It was also quite a process trying to communicate with the department itself. While they could directly contact me, I had to go through the call center every time I wanted to reach them. At one point in the process, I actually approved service only to be called back and informed that there were more issues that needed to be resolved first. My quote went up to $1,750 and soon after it was suspiciously dropped to around $1,300. A lower cost doesn't offend me, I love saving money, but the department was clearly overcharging me to begin with. When I told them my mechanic would do the same service for less, they matched that price immediately and the service associate who told me they would match that price so effortlessly wasn't even the one helping me throughout the entire process. He didn't even have to consult the service manager or my associate before telling me this. This proves to me that I was likely overpaying already. By the end of my experience, I was told that a cylinder had low compression and that the entire engine would need to replaced rather than servicing the valve cover gasket as originally intended. When I eventually took my car back from the dealership service department and brought my car to my regular mechanic, they said my compression was nearly perfect in each of my cylinders. They were able to replace my valve cover gasket for around $650.

Devon was our technician, he was amazing! He helped us get an extension on our warranty to replace a super expensive part to alleviate some of the cost since we were 4 months outside of the warranty window. He was kind and stayed in touch the entire time. Definitely recommend going to him if you ever need help with your car!! 1000/10

On Saturday 4/26 I went to the dealership to get an oil change, Josh from service took care of me and he was very good. He informed me that the oil change mileage was set wrong at the factory and reset that so that I get on a 7500 mile oil change schedule and got the Tucson into service to apply a firmware recall. He said it would take 2 hours and I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.
